Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Develop engaging and creative content for social media, blogs, and websites

• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO

• Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates and tracking performance metrics

• Analyse marketing data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and customer inquiries

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail

• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
